I wish to contact DDC under the freedom of information act, to obtain certain Information that was discussed at the planning meeting but not elaborated on. As you no doubt dealt with the stage 1 and stage 2 responses would you advise on the following please:

• The number of Stage 1 responses received
• The number of Stage 2 responses received
• Any points actually upheld in Stage 1
• Any points actually upheld in Stage 2
