I am enquiring as to whether you have any enforcements in relation to Hazardous Storage Consent. I have found through the planning application references to HSC’s themselves, but I just wanted to double check you had no enforcements. If there is a charge for the data, or extraction of the data, please contact me before sending the information.

Under Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act, we have established that this information is not held. This is because Dover District Council has no enforcement cases on hazardous storage consent.
