2016 discovery park sandwich was sold to investment company Discovery Park Estates Limited. Please state the years that business rates were paid in full 2025 DDC resolved to invoke enforcement proceedings in the High Court against Discovery Park Estates Limited to recover unpaid business rates . Please state the stage these proceedings have reached, the costs to date and the sums recovered if any.

I can confirm that the case is ongoing and the status can be obtained by non-parties directly from the High Court. The Council is acting as part of a consortium (of which we are not the lead authority) so there are currently no legal cost. There is no 'recovery' because the court has not as yet heard/determined the case.
