• Could Council please offer an explanation why Wellington Parade Residents have been given parking space on public land opposite their property? 

• Wood barriers have been installed and Council have permitted spaces to park two vehicles.  Why please? 

• Who paid for these raised barriers? 

• Were the Residents whose vehicles park there given a licence to do so? 

• If a licence was granted what are the details of this license? 

• Will Council replace the missing or broken upright barriers separating the cycle pedestrian path and public beach ? If not why not please ? 

• Why has Council not ordered compensation from the damaged vegetation along Wellington Parade caused by the Residents Association of Wellington Parade?
